Unfortunately, no. I am disappointed with the Police in GTA 5. The police in Grand Theft Auto 5 are not much different then previous GTA games. They do police chases if you have a wanted level, but if you fly by a cop doing 100+ on the freeway or disobey a traffic signal, then they could care less about you. You don’t exist when it comes to speeding.
Its disappointing in a way, because you’d assume that if your speeding past a cop, he’s going to try to pull you over. Its a way that GTA 5 could take your money and you risk losing money. However, the developers working on the police end of the game were lazy and did a copy and paste method with the police actions.
